1. About Tfael

3. Using the platform

You undertake to use Tfael lawfully and responsibly, and not to use the platform in any activity that breaches the regulations or harms the platform or other users.

Using Tfael to attempt unauthorised access to the systems, accounts, or data of others, or to manipulate the services, orders, or platform systems, is prohibited.

4. Services and orders

The details of each service appear before the order is created, including the price, the limits, and the information available about it.

Before confirming the order, you must make sure the entered data is correct and that the appropriate service is selected.

After the order is confirmed, execution begins according to the selected service and its details.

5. Prices and payment

The cost of the order appears before the payment is completed.

The order amount is deducted through the payment method available on the platform, and the required amount is shown to the user before the transaction is confirmed.

6. Order cancellation and refund

If the user cancels the order before its execution begins, the amount is returned to the user's balance on Tfael.

If the order cannot be executed by Tfael, the amount is returned to the user's wallet balance.

Cancelling an order after execution has begun does not automatically entitle a refund; cases are handled according to the order status, the nature of the service, and the applicable policies.

The order and refund policy published on the site is considered part of these terms.

7. Service quality and execution

The nature of the services and how they are executed differ according to the selected service, and the available information about them is set out before the order.

The execution times stated are estimates and may differ according to the type of service, the size of the order, and the circumstances involved in execution.

Tfael does not guarantee a particular outcome or a specific number of followers or interactions unless the service details expressly state otherwise.

8. Wallet balance

The user may use the balance available in their wallet to place orders according to the services and the means of use available inside the platform.

Any amounts returned as a result of an order being cancelled or unable to be executed are added to the wallet balance according to the applicable policy.

9. Unauthorised use

Using the platform to attempt to bypass its systems or to manipulate prices, orders, balances, points, or any of its functions is prohibited.

Tfael has the right to take the appropriate measures when a breaching use is discovered, including restricting or suspending the account according to the case and without prejudice to any statutory rights.

10. Intellectual property

All Tfael content, including the name, the logo, the design, the texts, the interfaces, the software, and the visual elements, is owned by Tfael or used under rights that permit it.

None of the platform content may be copied, reused, modified, or distributed without obtaining prior permission, unless the law expressly allows it.

11. Platform availability

We aim to make Tfael and its services available in a stable manner, though some parts of the platform may stop temporarily due to maintenance work, updates, or technical circumstances beyond our control.

Services may be updated, modified, or some of them stopped when needed.
